Learning Davening

A full-year davening curriculum for students from kita vav/zayin through beis midrash.

Thirty weekly lessons, fully prepared: a teacher's guide, a student's edition with review questions built in, and a PowerPoint presentation for the whole year.

The basics of davening — how davening connects us to Hashem, the history of the siddur and its purpose, how to train ourselves in having kavana, and how to learn pirush hamilos properly.

Then in depth — Birchos Hashachar, Baruch She'amar–Ashrei–Yishtabach, Krias Shema and Shemoneh Esrei, from the Gemara, the Rishonim on the siddur, and Chassidus.
